Series Accreditation
Each of the programs in the series is accredited at the Intermediate level for 1.0 General CLE credit. Additionally, each audio webcast is accredited for 1.0 Appellate Practice Certification credit. Several of the programs are also accredited for Criminal Appellate Certification credits and the first program of the series is accredited for 1.0 Ethics credit. The live audio webcast series presale bundle will be available for purchase until July 18, 2022. Individual live audio webcast programs will be available for purchase up until the live air date of each program. Purchasers of either the live audio webcast series presale bundle or live individual audio webcasts have 90 days to listen to each presentation following the live program air date for each program. Additionally, this series and the individual CLE programs will be available for purchase in various aftermarket formats including CD, 24/7 on-demand, and downloadable audio. However, aftermarket format purchases do not qualify for the presale discounted price.
The aftermarket CD series bundle will be available for purchase, but will not be shipped until 4-6 weeks following the live program air date for the last program in the series (May 16, 2023). Individual aftermarket CD programs will be available for purchase, but will not be shipped until 4-6 weeks following the live program air date for each program. On-Demand and Downloadable Audio formats for both the series and individual programs are not available for purchase at this time. Individual programs will be available for purchase in On-Demand or Downloadable Audio formats approximately 1 week following the live air date for each program.
