The Guide

The Guide contains comprehensive and current information for state and federal appellate practitioners, including direct links to each of Florida's district courts of appeal, the Florida Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, and the Supreme Court of the United States. We hope that the Guide will serve as a useful tool for all members of the Appellate Practice Section, whether experienced appellate practitioners or lawyers who are new to Florida's state and federal appellate courts.
