We can’t go to the Florida Third District Court of Appeal for our usual Practicing Before the Florida Third District Court of Appeal program right now, so the Appellate Practice Section is bringing the Court to you! Register for this free Zoom CLE to see what’s new in the Third DCA. Meet the most recently appointed judges – Judge Monica Gordo, Judge Fleur Lobree, and Judge Alexander Bokor. We will also present a question and answer session with Chief Judge Kevin Emas and Chief Judge-Elect Ivan Fernandez. Topics will range from how the Court is presently hearing oral argument and how it intends to do so in the future to how the Court is handling the influx of appeals due to the change in circuit appellate jurisdiction.
