This year, Appellate Practice Section members, again, can participate in the Florida Conference of District Court of Appeal Judges and 2021 Education Program. The conference is hosted by and presented to the appellate judges of Florida. Participants have the opportunity to learn from appellate judges and attorneys from across Florida and beyond as well as attend most of the educational program with the judges. This year’s event takes place at the beautiful Omni Amelia Island Resort and kicks off on the evening of Tuesday, August 24, 2021 with a Welcome Reception sponsored by the Appellate Practice Section. Wednesday boasts a full day of educational programming along with breakfast and lunch with the judges, and the event will conclude for Appellate Practice Section members on Thursday, August 26, 2021 with an afternoon meeting of the APS Executive Council preceded by breakfast, lunch, and a half day of CLE programming.
