Monique D. Hayes, Goldstein & McClintock, Miami
Ms. Hayes is a partner at Goldstein & McClintock. Ms. Hayes practices in the areas of business transactions, commercial litigation, and corporate restructuring. She has extensive experience advising fiduciaries, corporate and non-profit board members, entrepreneurs, and small businesses. Prior to entering private practice, Monique served as law clerk to U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Laurel Myerson Isicoff.
Elliot B. Kula, Kula & Associates, Miami
Mr. Kula, the founding member and principle partner of Kula & Associates, practices exclusively as an appellate attorney. He has experience representing clients in both state and federal courts and in a variety of substantive areas of the law, including bankruptcy appeals. Elliot is certified in Appellate Practice by The Florida Bar. He provides litigation support during every phase of litigation to optimize the client’s position and create efficient and effective strategies for trial.
Meaghan Murphy, Meland Russin & Budwick, Miami
Ms. Murphy, an associate with Meland Russin & Budwick, focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation and bankruptcy matters. Ms. Murphy represents bankruptcy trustees and creditors in a variety of Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 proceedings. Meaghan also provides due diligence review assistance for investor clients purchasing distressed loans and provides necessary litigation representation following purchase.
