Meet the Speakers:

Monique D. Hayes, Goldstein & McClintock, Miami
Ms. Hayes is a partner at Goldstein & McClintock. Ms. Hayes practices in the areas of business transactions, commercial litigation, and corporate restructuring. She has extensive experience advising fiduciaries, corporate and non-profit board members, entrepreneurs, and small businesses. Prior to entering private practice, Monique served as law clerk to U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Laurel Myerson Isicoff.

Elliot B. Kula, Kula & Associates, Miami
Mr. Kula, the founding member and principle partner of Kula & Associates, practices exclusively as an appellate attorney. He has experience representing clients in both state and federal courts and in a variety of substantive areas of the law, including bankruptcy appeals. Elliot is certified in Appellate Practice by The Florida Bar. Ms. Murphy, an associate with Meland Russin & Budwick, focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation and bankruptcy matters. Ms. Murphy represents bankruptcy trustees and creditors in a variety of Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 proceedings. Meaghan also provides due diligence review assistance for investor clients purchasing distressed loans and provides necessary litigation representation following purchase.
