Comparison of the Florida District Courts of Appeal 2020 (3356)

Florida’s District Courts of Appeal have different administrative orders and internal operating procedures. With variances ranging from the length of extension time they allow for briefing to whether they are likely to send an appeal to mediation, these differences can affect how a lawyer practices before each court. This CLE has a panel containing an appellate judge from each district court, and it compares and contrasts these differences among the DCAs.
